Job Summary

we are seeking an experienced HR Talent Specialist to support growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of hands-on experience across core talent acquisition , HR operations , and employee lifecycle management , preferably within the Finance domain . This role will play a key part in driving effective hiring, seamless onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for core roles, with a strong preference for experience hiring within the Finance/Financial Services domain .
  • Act as a Core Talent Specialist , handling sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and closures.
  • Drive and manage the onboarding process , ensuring a smooth joining experience and compliance with HR processes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / Talent Specialist roles.
  • Must be a MBA - HR qualified
  • Strong experience in core recruitment , preferably within the Finance or Financial Services domain .
  • Hands-on exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations .
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and MIS .
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
