Were Hiring: Senior Contracting Coordinator

Join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across HCP contracting, vendor onboarding, and financial process management.

What Youll Do

Act as the primary point of contact for contracting processes

Support the creation and tracking of quarterly business plans (QBP)

Ensure adherence to client SOPs and compliance standards

Coordinate status updates, maintain trackers, and support reporting needs

Manage end-to-end HCP contracting: drafting, execution, POs, and invoices

Support vendor onboarding and Medical Affairs program operations

Handle non-PO submissions, payments, and financial documentation

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in health sciences, business, finance, or related field (48years exp.)

Strong experience in vendor/supplier and contract management

Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of compliance in healthcare/medical affairs

Proficiency in project management tools and budget tracking

Experience working with global cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with pharma compliance systems (e.g., Engage)

Experience with contract/vendor platforms like Coupa, Ariba, Zycus, Icertis, Simplepay
