Senior Contentful Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Contentful Developer to design, develop, and maintain content-driven web applications using Contentful CMS . The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, high-performance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content models, content types, and workflows in Contentful
• Integrate Contentful with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular
• Consume Contentful APIs (REST & GraphQL) to deliver dynamic content
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate third-party services and APIs
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO
• Implement best practices for content versioning, localization, and permissions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards
• Support content editors and provide technical guidance when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Contentful CMS
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or similar
• Hands-on experience with Contentful REST & GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of headless CMS architecture
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Good understanding of web performance and SEO best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
