Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling product narratives that clearly explain what Trademo does, who its for, and why it matters.
- Write and edit high-quality, long-form content: thought leadership, use cases, whitepapers, and industry reports.
- TOFU: blog posts, SEO content, reports, and social content.
- MOFU: comparison pages, playbooks, guides, and nurture sequences.
- BOFU: case studies, ROI stories, feature deep-dives, sales enablement content.
- Design and implement AI-augmented workflows for research, outlines, content drafting, A/B testing, and repurposing.
- Build repeatable content systems and standards (briefs, templates, tone of voice, guidelines) to enable future scaling (agencies/freelancers/in-house team).
- Own organic acquisition metrics: traffic, signups/leads, and contribution to pipeline from content.
- Partner with demand gen/marketing to align content with campaigns.
- Own content distribution strategy and experiments across channels: LinkedIn, newsletters, communities, partner content, PR, etc
What Were Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing / content strategy.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in B2B SaaS (product-led or sales-led).
- Experience building or scaling content programs for early-stage startups (01 or 1N).
- Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and full-funnel content.
- Demonstrated ability to craft product narratives and translate complex products into simple, compelling stories.
- Proven experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) to augment, not replace, content workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
