The Senior Content Analyst role in the Fundamentals group is a critical role which involves ensuring complete, timely and accurate update of data on financial results of entities across different markets. Role is responsible for resolving queries with the highest standards of quality of response also in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include mentor analysts on data collection policies as per the highest standards to enable analysts to provide high quality data in a timely manner and brining innovative ways to perform the audits or enhancing the data quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience in finance/accounting/economics/ mathematics/statistics
  • Excellent financial/fundamentals content/conceptual knowledge and latest collection policies
  • Excellent analytical skills and should demonstrate creative, critical, and logical thinking.
  • Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with presentation skills (both preparation and delivery)
  • Technical proficiency; well versed with SQL, MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent people skills, willingness, and eagerness to learn, and drive to get things done.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and create clear actionable plans to solve them.
  • Values collaboration as part of a team but can operate independently and manage priorities.
  • Ability to plan and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and willingness to take direction at short notice.
  • Excellent Training Skills

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Review and audit the work of the Contest analysts.
  • To be up to date with the latest accounting and collection policies and procedures and other significant developments pertaining to different markets which would impact data collection.
  • Take on the responsibility of resolving client queries in a timely manner, with remarkably high standards of quality of response and customer satisfaction. Should be able to take right decisions quickly and independently.
  • To coach market analysts on data collection policies, procedures, and standard methodologies.
  • To continuously find ways to improve quality and reduce number of service requests from clients and to help meet Service targets by having both tactical and strategic solutions.
  • To continuously suggest improvement ideas on collection tools, internal processes and should suggest permanent fixes as well as on-going actions for preventing client queries.
  • Work on projects or specialized tasks related to Fundamentals data set.
