Role Purpose
This position is in Symbology Issuance. The selected individual will be taking care of quality aspects of the team and will be essential in terms of maintaining SLAs that are set by our regulatory authorities. Candidate will also handle important projects along with managing daily BAU work.
We are currently recruiting for LEI Analyst(s) within our Securities team. The Analyst is responsible for maintaining and growing LEI universe. This role will be part of a global team that provides the operational support and expertise vital to update and maintain LEIs and provide an outstanding level of customer support for clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Data validation and entry of quantitative and qualitative data from multiple information sources including: prospectus, annual reports, press releases, websites, and other filing types of publicly traded companies for the creation or amending of securities data
Ability to interpret documents by using pre-determined processes and procedures
Assist in the daily maintenance of the LEI universe by reviewing, correcting or updating data
Processing customer requests within agreed timescales and to agreed quality standards
Responsible for answering and validating customer inquiries via written/verbal communication
The ability to communicate effectively across the group inclusive of peers, leads, managers and other colleagues

Handle client responses and requests related to issuing new LEIs and renewing existing ones, providing timely and professional responses.
Maintain and update the LEI database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
Ability Work with cross border teams to ensure accurate processing of client LEI requests
Attention to details and good team player
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to meet strict daily production, quality, and timeliness standards that have been established by the department.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work within agreed timescales
Reference data knowledge covering a wide range of asset classes, global markets and corporate actions
Knowledge of security identifiers and international standards
Microsoft Office Advanced skills in Excel for manipulation of data
Excellent English language skills (write, read, talk)
Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the current role.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field
Experience in the Financial Service Industry
Experience in operational environment with database maintenance
