The opportunity

EY is looking for Senior Consultant/ Consultant – Technology Consultant

Role and Responsibilities:

• Mandatory Experience of working in large scale IT consulting/ implementation Government projects in India

• Desirable experience of working in e-Gov projects in Central/ State Govt. Ministries or with other Govt. bodies

• Experience of coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as - Client, Beneficiaries, Software OEM- s/vendors, System Integrators etc.

• Experience of functional process mapping, BPR exercise, FRS, User manuals, detailed project report (DPR)

• Experienced and well versed in delivering presentations to key stakeholders

• Should be proficient in MS - Suite such as MS-WORD, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint etc.

• Should have demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing large IT Transformation projects

• Experience in driving complex Digital transformation Projects, IT Consulting

• Client handling, stakeholder management, program management, vendor management

• Conceptualize IT solution landscape, Implementation model, procurement model for IT projects

• End to end IT Project management and Contract management

• Oversee the Implementation of agreed IT architecture and Infrastructure

• Working with a multi-disciplinary team to convert business needs into technical specifications

Required Candidate profile:

• Work experience in the Government, Public Services sector is a strong plus

• Steller written, spoken and presentation skills

• Candidate should have excellent domain and functional knowledge, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills for direct interaction with business stakeholders and Higher Authorities in Govt Departments

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• Team player

• Good time-management skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Qualifications: 

• Graduate with MBA with minimum 6 Years work experience

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation making skills

• Additional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, cloud/product certifications etc. preferred
