Job Title: Workato Integration Developer
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Workato Developer with 3-9 years of experience to join our innovative Integration practice team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep expertise in application integration skills along with hands on experience on Workato integration, development, Recipe development frameworks, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining complex, high-performance applications. This role requires strong technical acumen, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Role Overview
As a Workato Integration Developer, you will play a key role in helping our customers successfully implement and leverage the power of the Workato platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, design and build integrations, and provide ongoing support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with customers:
* Gather and analyze business requirements and pain points.
* Conduct workshops and presentations to educate customers on Workato's capabilities, deployment model .
* Assess customer's current integration landscape and identify areas for improvement.
* Design and develop integrations:
* Design and implement complex integrations using Workato's recipes and connectors ( like Salesforce, SAP, SuccessFactors, Service Now etc..)
* Develop and maintain integration documentation.
* Ensure integration performance, reliability, and security.
* Provide ongoing support:
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
* Provide ongoing support and training to customers.
* Monitor integration performance and proactively identify and address potential problems.
* Stay current with Workato platform:
* Keep abreast of new features, functionalities, and best practices within the Workato platform.
* Contribute to the improvement of Workato's products and services.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience: 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise-level integrations using iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft, Boomi).
Technical expertise:
* Understanding and Knowledge of JSON, XML, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width) and various protocols like SFTP, HTTP etc.
* Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
* Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, Understanding in SOAP ,REST services.
* Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
* Customer-centric approach: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
* Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
* Continuous learning: A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices.
Certifications:
Good to have Worakto Automation Pro I, II, III certification.
