Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Consultant Office Leasing who can independently drive leasing mandates, manage corporate clients, and close office space transactions. The role requires strong market understanding, relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert leasing opportunities into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate office leasing opportunities with corporates, startups, and institutional tenants.
Work closely with developers, landlords, and investors to market available office spaces.
Understand client requirements and curate suitable office options across Punes key business districts.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients and landlords.
Lead discussions on commercials including rent, deposit, escalation, lock-in, and lease tenure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Maintain an updated pipeline of leasing mandates and client requirements.
Track market trends including rentals, vacancy levels, and new office supply.
Work with the internal team to prepare proposals, presentations, and deal documentation.
Ensure timely closure of leasing transactions.
Candidate Profile
48 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably office leasing.
Strong network with corporate occupiers, brokers, and developers in Pune.
Good understanding of leasing commercials and deal structuring.
Ability to manage client relationships and negotiate transactions.
Self-driven professional with strong sales and closing ability.
