Senior Consultant

Role Overview

As a Program Lead Analytics Consulting, you will work on advanced AI/ML use cases to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable impact for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, and consultants, while leading end-to-end analytics solution delivery, client engagement, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to identify high-impact business problems solvable through analytics/AI
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytics problem statements
• Design and drive end-to-end analytics solutions in collaboration with DS & DE teams
• Own project delivery, stakeholder management, and solution adoption
• Measure and communicate business impact (revenue, cost, efficiency)
• Lead teams, mentor junior members, and ensure quality delivery
• Contribute to building scalable analytics frameworks and best practices

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics / Data Science / Analytics Consulting
• Strong understanding of ML/AI techniques and their business applications
• Experience in predictive, prescriptive, or explanatory analytics solutions
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and client engagement
• Strong business problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python/R
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau / Power BI / QlikView
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Domain experience in CPG, Retail, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred
• MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
