Experience: 6-9 years

Location: Bangalore

• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts.

• Drive the adoption of best practices in codeless automation or Selenium with Java/Python.

• Develop and enhance the automation framework to support continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.

• Oversee API testing to ensure application functionality, reliability, and performance.

• Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline and manage version control using Git.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and maintainability.

• Analyse test results, identify trends, and suggest actions to improve quality and reduce time to market.

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans, including risk-based testing approaches.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
