Your key responsibilities

•    Develop Analytics Based Decision Making Frameworks for clients across Banking, Insurance sector
•    Architecture
•    Client Management

• Support business development and new analytics solution development activities

Skills and attributes for success

•   Domain expertise in one of the industries across: Banking, Insurance, not mandatory

• Experience in PEGA BPM
• Excellent communication
• Experience with Stakeholder management
• B Tech/ MCA/ MTech from top tier engineering schools or Masters in IT/Computer science from the top universities
• Minimum 4 years of PEGA CSSA project experience
• Job location is Kolkata, Bangalore

Ideally you’ll also have

•    Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
•    Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
•    Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

•    Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
