Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting - ServiceNow Practice (EY India)

The opportunity:

EY is looking for Senior Consultant to serve as a ServiceNow developer into ITOM, HAM, CSM and Discovery Modules (Either of 2 must h ave)  which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow.

Minimum Role expectations:

• Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (HAM), CSM and Discovery and other custom application development. 
• Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
• Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
• Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
• Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
• Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
• Perform application testing
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development

Technical Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS for any of the modules)
• Certified Application Developer
