The opportunity:

EY is looking for Senior Consultant to serve as a ServiceNow SAM / HAM Functional consultants

Minimum Role expectations:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow with hands on experience leading IT asset management and IT Operations management projects
• Understanding of Hardware and software asset classes
• Should have experience working on workspace and workflows of HAM and SAM
• Good to have ITIL foundation certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in configuring HAM and SAM discovery
• Good stakeholder management skills

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5+ Years of experience

  • Certification in IT Asset Management (e.g., Certified Software Asset Manager - CSAM)

      Preferred Or ITIL v4 Foundation preferred

  • Extensive experience in IT asset management, including hands-on experience with the

      ServiceNow ITAM module.

  • Proven track record of leading successful ITAM projects from initiation to completion.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team

      members.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with

      stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Ideally you’ll also have

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
