_x000D_ Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

_x000D_ •    Experienced in at-least HP Load Runner (Cloud/On-Prem), JMeter. Experience in other PT tools like Visual Studio, Locust, a plus 
_x000D_ •    Expert in script development using Web(http/html), web services, Ajax TruClient, SAP GUI protocols
_x000D_ •    Expert in PT script co-relation & parametrization for apps that have Azure logins, Single Sign-on, request/response are encrypted
_x000D_ •    Experience on Test data creation, test data generation tools & test data management in scripts. 
_x000D_ •    Working experience on generating huge test data (csv, excels,  ..) using Java, C#, Python, Perl, PowerShell, SQL. Good programming and logical skills. SQL query writing skills
_x000D_ •    Experience on performance testing cloud applications which use REST API, SOAP API, HTTP sessions, UI frameworks like Angular, React
_x000D_ •    Experience in performance testing web applications, Batch Jobs, file processing, ETL, DWH applications, apps that generate Excel/CSV/PDF reports
_x000D_ •    Experience on product testing in Agile environment; manage multiple projects.
_x000D_ •    Hand-on experience with webpage optimization & testing using tools like Chrome Dev tools, lighthouse, etc
_x000D_ •    Good in performance monitoring & troubleshooting and giving performance tuning recommendations
_x000D_ •    Experience in Stub creation or management for mocking external calls outside of PT

_x000D_ Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000D_ Qualification

BE/B.Tech/MCA with a sound software performance testing experience of 5 to 10 Years in LoadRunner, JMeter.

Experience

As a PT lead, based on high level NFR requirements come up with Performance Test strategy
_x000D_ Design test approach/test cases with workload modelling.
_x000D_ Record, script & replay the user journeys/scenarios using performance testing tool
_x000D_ Test issues troubleshooting and guidance to peers and juniors.
_x000D_ Identify need for test data creation and design a plan towards it
_x000D_ Log and track defects, support triage
_x000D_ Have a good high level technical & functional understanding of the application to be performance tested
_x000D_ Participate in all phases of the Performance Testing Engineering lifecycle. Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Troubleshooting, Reporting
