Your work profile:

The L2.5 Support Analyst is responsible for handling advanced configuration-level changes across enterprise systems and applications. This role bridges L2 troubleshooting and L3 development, ensuring system configurations are optimized, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Perform configuration-level changes in applications, platforms, and integrated systems.
Analyse and resolve escalated issues requiring system-level adjustments or parameter tuning.
Collaborate with L3/development teams for complex fixes and enhancements.
Maintain configuration documentation and change logs.
Support release management and deployment activities.
Validate configuration changes through testing and impact analysis.
Ensure compliance with change management.
Provide guidance to L2 teams on configuration-related best practices.



Location and way of working:


Base location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad


This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
46 years of experience in application support or system configuration roles.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and configuration frameworks.
Experience with configuration tools, admin consoles, and system parameters.
Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong documentation and communication abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and SaaS configurations.
Experience with Node.js, type scripting, java scripting
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
