Job Description
Good understanding with the SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable pay module, including its functionalities and configuration.Understand client Compensation & variable pay cycles and be able to design the process in successfactors.Ability to analyse compensation and variable pay data populated in the sheet, analyze the eligibility rules Comp and variable pay, incentive plans, Bonus plans etc.Atleast 3 end to end implementation on Compensation & Variable pay modulesKnowledge of story reporting in Compensation management.Ability to verify trackback the calculations.Good knowledge of integration in compensation and EC.Support customers during compensation cycle processes.good understanding of Comp statement, able to design and develop comp statementCertification is preferred
