At Computacenter, we are strengthening our global HR technology landscape. Were looking for an experienced SuccessFactors professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and guiding stakeholders toward the right technical solutions.
This is not a BAU admin role. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards) and partnering with our internal IT teams across India, the UK, Germany, and Hungary - influencing how thousands of employees experience HR technology worldwide.
Your primary focus will be SuccessFactors Recruiting, one of our most complex modules with deep integrations and high configurability. As we explore SmartRecruiters, youll also contribute to shaping our future ATS strategy.
What Youll Do
Technical Consulting & Architecture
- Act as a trusted advisor on what works, what doesnt, and why, drawing on deep, practical experience across complex SF/EC implementations.
- Recommend best-practice and scalable approach relating to solution design
- Shape endtoend design decisions for SuccessFactors Recruiting and related EC integrations, using EC to unlock capabilities that werent possible in legacy SAP HCM setups.
- Translate HR and Talent Acquisition needs into clear technical requirements.
- Drive simplification of templates, rules, and workflows.
- Aligning to best practice to support the HR Systems and GIS product strategy.
- Fostering collaboration and insights driven relationships with our Partners (SAP/SuccessFactors/ServiceNow) and engaging with external groups to achieve continuous knowledge and experience sharing.
- Lead and or support all levels of project delivery from small enhancements to major transformational changes.
- Evaluate releases and identify optimisation opportunities.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Working in the Group HR Systems team, reporting to Group Head of People Systems, you will act as HR Systems Product lead aligned to HR CoEs (mainly Germany, Hungary, UK) and internal IT teams (India & UK key stakeholders).
- Ensure global governance and smooth integration with enterprise systems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, including potential SmartRecruiters + EC environments.
- Work alongside Process owners/COEs providing direction on technology capability and approach to support business outcomes.With the ability to work through complex topics, testing, and validation.
- Contribute to reporting/analytics enablement for TA where needed (dashboards, data consistency topics).
What youll need
- 1220 years of professional experience, including 35+ years configuring SuccessFactors/ SAP Recruitment (RCM, RMK) across multiple modules with a strong understanding of Recruiting configuration options.
- A proven track record in technical consulting (e.g., internal consulting role plus time with a consulting partner), with the ability to challenge, simplify, and steer decisions.
- Solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes, enabling you to interpret business needs accurately and design solutions that work in real HR/TA environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, articulate tradeoffs, and explain why this works using real examples.
- Experience with integrations and enterprise platforms (HRIS/ATS ecosystems, job boards/multiposting, collaboration tools).
- Proven experience working directly with HR and CoE stakeholders in international environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones.
- Fluent in English.
- Nice to have: Bringing experience from environments using SmartRecruiters + SAP EC and with ServiceNow.
