Senior Consultant - SAP Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional with strong functional expertise in SAP BRIM, specifically Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI), along with solid working knowledge of S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading functional design, solution architecture, end-to-end implementation, and integration across BRIM components and adjacent S/4HANA modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP BRIM (SOM and CI) solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand subscription-based business scenarios and translate them into system requirements.
• Drive end-to-end solution design across SOM Billing CI FI-CA and integration with S/4HANA OTC.
• Support complex billing models including recurring, usage-based, and hybrid billing.
• Oversee configuration, enhancements, and integration touchpoints with SAP CC, FI-CA, SD, FICO, and CRM (optional).
• Guide the technical team on functional requirements, RICEFs, system behaviour, and testing.
• Lead workshops, prepare BRDs/FSDs, solution documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Manage defect triage, cutover, deployment, and hyper care for BRIM-related projects.
• Ensure system compliance, process optimization, and alignment with global template guidelines.
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a functional point of contact for BRIM and OTC topics.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 45 years in BRIM (SOM + CI).
• Strong understanding of Subscription Order Management related processes: subscription creation, product modelling, contract lifecycle, change processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Convergent Invoicing (CI): billing, invoicing, charges, billable items, invoicing processes, account assignments.
• Good working knowledge of FI-CA (BP, account determination, payment rules, dunning, correspondence).
• Solid experience in S/4HANA OTC: sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management, delivery processing.
• Proven integration experience across:
• SOM CC
• CC CI
• CI FI-CA
• OTC FI/CO
• API-based integrations/interfaces
• Experience leading functional teams and interacting with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
