Location: MumbaiJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 5 to 8 yearsRelevant Modules: SAP PP (Production Planning) & QM (Quality Management)Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP solutions in the areas of Production Planning and Quality Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, functional expertise, and hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP PP and QM projects.Key Responsibilities:Understand business requirements related to Production Planning and Quality processes and translate them into SAP solutions.Configure SAP PP (Planning strategies, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP, Production Orders, PI Sheets, etc.) and QM (Inspection plans, Inspection lots, Results recording, Notifications, Usage decisions, etc.).Work on SAP S/4HANA PPQM implementations and support projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, WM, PM, FI/CO) to ensure seamless process integration.Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Perform root cause analysis and resolve system issues (incident management).Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with users.Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.Actively participate in solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process improvement workshops.Required Skills and Qualifications:58 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules.At least 1 end-to-end SAP implementation and 2+ support/rollout projects.In-depth knowledge of:SAP PP: Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control.SAP QM: Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Results Recording.Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps related to PPQM.Experience with integration points: PP-MM, PP-SD, PP-WM, QM-MM.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and client-facing skills.Preferred Qualifications:SAP Certification in PP or QM.Experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or automotive.Exposure to interfaces like MES, LIMS, or third-party inspection systems.Knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue analysis.Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
