Work youll do

The primary role of a Senior Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
Roles & Responsibilities
Location: BangaloreIndustry: Finance, Accounting, Asset Management, General AccountingExperience: Minimum 8 years (preferably as a business user)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Record to Report (R2R) processes across Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to drive business process excellence.
Ensure smooth SAP implementation and support, aligning with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with asset management, general accounting, and financial reporting teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Promote best practices and process harmonization across geographies.

Preferred Skills:
Strong experience with SAP FICO modules.

Exposure to Signavio for process modeling and improvement good to have.
Familiarity with JIRA for project tracking and collaboration good to have.


Key skills required:

At least 8+ years of experience in SAP supply chain planning
At-least three end to end implementation experience.
Deep understanding in constrained capacity planning scenarios
Deep understanding of sub-contracting scenarios
Project experience on SNP CTM , SNP optimizer/ IBP optimizer
Deep understanding in integration of planning system with execution system CIF/HCI
Complete understanding of master data dependency for planning

Qualifications

CA / MBA- Finance/ Cost Accountants
8+ years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
