Job Title: QA Tester - CSGI Singleview

Location: Pune

Experience: 5-8 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with expertise in CSGI Singleview, Amdocs, or Oracle Billing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies, Unix, SQL, and scripting languages. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for CSGI Singleview and related billing systems.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure system integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify testing needs.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and communicate issues to development teams.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on testability.
• Maintain and enhance automated testing scripts using Shell, Python, or Perl.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in software testing, specifically with CSGI Singleview, Amdocs, or Oracle Billing.
• Strong knowledge of Unix and SQL for database testing and validation.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of billing processes and telecom industry standards.
