Job Overview

PMO
Skills Required
1. Invoice Delivery

Ensures the approved invoice is sent to customer in specified format.
Secures user approval via email before submission.
Maintains records of invoice submission.


2. Payment Tracking

Monitors payment timelines and updates records.
Receives payment advice from the client and shares it with central team
Tracks follow-ups and payment timelines manually.


3. Collection Process

Receives reminders for delayed payments.
Submits collection timelines and justifications for delays.

Finance Team

Escalates unpaid invoices (beyond 30 days) to LTTP/LCSP.


4. Dispute Resolution

Reviews customer disputes and coordinates with the billing team.
Common issues include:
Milestone mismatches (FPP)
Attendance discrepancies (T&M)
SLA or other contractual issues
Submits revised invoices after necessary corrections.
