Job Title: WebLogic Administrator / Middleware Administrator/ Linux experience (scripting)Experience: 8+ YearsLocation: MumbaiJob Summary:Experienced WebLogic Administrator with over 7 years of expertise in managing, configuring, and tuning Oracle WebLogic Server environments for high availability, performance, and security. Skilled in middleware architecture, deployment automation, troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:1.Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server in standalone and clustered environments.2.Deploy Java EE applications (EAR, WAR, JAR) and perform pre-deployment validations and post-deployment checks.3.Monitor and tune performance of WebLogic JVMs, thread pools, connection pools, and garbage collection.4.Configure Node Manager, JDBC DataSources, JMS, SSL, and security realms.Manage WebLogic domains and automate domain creation using WLST scripting and configuration templates.5.Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to support application lifecycle and patch management.6.Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions using clustering and load balancing (Oracle HTTP Server, Apache, etc.).7.Maintain logs and troubleshoot application, server, and integration issues.8.Apply critical patches, perform upgrades and support migrations from legacy environments to newer WebLogic versions.9.Integrate WebLogic with backend systems such as Oracle DB, LDAP, and third-party services.
