Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager Air Tickets to join our dynamic travel operations team. This role is essential to ensuring efficient airline ticketing , expert travel support, and best-in-class customer service across international and domestic travel segments.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

Issue and manage airline tickets for clients and corporate accounts.

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and flight-related support.

Make flight reservations, modifications, and itinerary changes.

Process payments, refunds, fare adjustments, and reconciliations.

Provide accurate fare quotes and detailed itinerary information.

Coordinate ticketing activities with airlines, travel partners, and agencies.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and ticketing documentation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

Proven experience in air ticketing or travel industry operations.

Working knowledge of Global Distribution Systems.

Excellent communication and client service skills.

Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
