We are looking for an experienced Software Asset Manager who can drive endtoend Software Asset Management processes, ensure licensing compliance, and support continuous improvement across our IT landscape. If you have strong licensing expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with FlexeraOne, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory)
• CSAM certification (preferred)
• Strong experience in Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management
• Ability to communicate technical information in simple, nontechnical terms
• Licensing knowledge of at least two Tier1 publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Ability to assess the licensing impact of infrastructure or environment changes
• Experience managing SaaS applications
• Handson experience with FlexeraOne SAM tool

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor SAM processes and establish reporting, governance, and continuous improvement
• Drive planning, steering, and training activities for license management roles
• Perform quality checks on commercial and contract information
• Evaluate compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions (e.g., license transfers)
• Prepare accurate forecasts of software maintenance and demand
• Maintain updated software entitlement inventories
• Provide auditready data and support external/internal audits
• Document license positions and prepare detailed license balances
• Consult teams on SAM best practices and required measures
• Enrich data with relevant licensing attributes
• Publish product-wise license positions based on metrics and entitlements
• Conduct periodic audits and generate reports based on customer needs
• Report underlicensed and overlicensed scenarios
• Present audit findings to senior leadership while maintaining strong client relationships
