Job Title: Enterprise ArchitectLocation: Pune, India Experience: 59 years Employment Type: (Contract) Department: Technology Consulting About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Architect to join our growing consulting practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in designing scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architectures, and will work with diverse clients to drive their technology modernization and digital transformation journeys.You will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and project stakeholders to craft strategic architectures aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and systems. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, design, and deliver client-specific enterprise architecture roadmaps and frameworks.Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state architectures for business, application, data, and technology domains.Lead architecture discussions with clients, covering cloud strategy, data architecture, application modernization, and security frameworks.Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business strategies into actionable architecture blueprints.Advise on technology adoption, rationalization, integration patterns, and best practices.Review solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.Prepare architecture documents, technical standards, and governance models.Support RFPs/RFIs and contribute to business development efforts through architectural insights and client workshops.Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing across teams. Required Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.Experience in designing API management, microservices, and integration architectures.Solid understanding of data architecture, security architecture, and DevOps practices.Ability to create detailed architecture diagrams (using tools like ArchiMate, Lucidchart, Visio).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe environments.Consulting mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and manage multiple client engagements. Educational QualificationBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.TOGAF Certification (preferred)Cloud Architect Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) (preferred but not mandatory)
