Job Description: DataStage Techno Functional Lead 

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled DataStage Techno Functional Lead with strong hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and DataStage projects. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize ETL processes to meet evolving business needs. Prior experience in FCCM or any other AML projects is a significant advantage.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with DataStage development and administration.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for complex data manipulation and query optimization.
• Experience deploying and managing DataStage solutions.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data integration.
• Domain experience in FCCM or any other AML based projects.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Hands-on experience in banking domain projects, with knowledge of domain-specific data structures.
  • Experience in integrating on-premise data sources.
• Other Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

6 to 10 years of experience in DataStage development-based projects.
