Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Consultant Co-living & Hospitality Leasing who will lead the identification, evaluation, and leasing of properties suitable for co-living, student housing, serviced apartments, and hospitality operators. The role requires strong relationship management with operators and developers, along with the ability to structure long-term lease agreements.


Key Responsibilities

Identify buildings and land parcels suitable for co-living, student housing, serviced apartments, and hospitality operations.

Build relationships with co-living operators, student housing brands, and hospitality companies to understand their expansion plans.

Work with developers and property owners to position assets for operator leasing.

Structure long-term lease transactions including rent, revenue share models, lock-in periods, and escalation structures.

Conduct property inspections and feasibility discussions with operators.

Facilitate negotiations between property owners and operators to close leasing transactions.

Track upcoming supply of buildings that can be converted into co-living or hospitality assets.

Maintain a pipeline of operator requirements and available properties.

Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, operator presentations, and deal documentation.

Drive transactions from property identification to lease closure.


Candidate Profile

48 years of experience in real estate advisory, hospitality leasing, co-living, or student housing.

Strong understanding of operator leasing models, long-term leases, and revenue share structures.

Network with co-living operators, hospitality brands, developers, or property owners is preferred.

Ability to identify properties suitable for conversion into co-living or hospitality assets.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
