Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Consultant with 11 to 13 years of expertise in Finance and Accounting for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will provide strategic insights and solutions to enhance our financial operations. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to drive impactful results in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their financial expertise.
  • Utilize advanced financial software and tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Finance and Accounting with 11 to 13 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis modeling and reporting.
  • Exhibit proficiency in financial software and tools such as ERP systems and Excel.
  • Showcase excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as CPA CFA or equivalent.
  • Display strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model and managing remote teams.
  • Show a track record of driving financial improvements and achieving business objectives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Have experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
