Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience ideally with domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. The role is hybrid requiring a blend of remote and on-site work during day shifts. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact solutions that align with our companys goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and design of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Oversee the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Provide expert guidance on Property & Casualty Insurance domain to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring comprehensive understanding and documentation.Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive consensus and ensure alignment on project objectives.Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.Prepare and deliver clear concise reports and presentations to communicate project status findings and recommendations to senior management.Mentor and coach junior consultants providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the quality and relevance of consulting services.Foster strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that drive business value.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting with a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Display a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance.Be adept at using data analysis and visualization tools to support decision-making and drive business insights.Have experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying current with industry trends and advancements.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.Exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Be able to prepare and deliver clear concise reports and presentations to communicate project status and recommendations.Have a strong client focus with the ability to understand and address client needs to drive business value.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certifications relevant to Property & Casualty Insurance.
