Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will work during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Consultant will play a crucial role in driving project success and delivering impactful solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and design of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Oversee the implementation of solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.Provide expert guidance on Payer domain-specific challenges and opportunities to ensure project success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend enhancements.Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on project goals and deliverables.Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as needed to stay on track and within scope.Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting rigorous testing and validation of solutions.Mentor and support junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Communicate effectively with clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure the impact of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in the Payer domain to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration Information Technology or Healthcare Management.Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting with a focus on the Payer domain.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall.Have experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL Tableau or Power BI.Display a strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.Be adept at facilitating workshops and meetings with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders.Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients.Have experience mentoring and supporting junior team members fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
