Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 10 to 11 years of experience in EBS-Project Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Bioinformatics. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various projects ensuring they align with our companys goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of EBS-Project Management initiatives ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.Oversee the development and implementation of project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.Provide expert guidance on R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Bioinformatics projects ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements define project scope and develop detailed project plans.Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.Facilitate regular project status meetings providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members stakeholders and external partners.Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.Provide training and support to team members on project management processes and tools.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in EBS-Project Management R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Bioinformatics.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the organization.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in EBS-Project Management.Demonstrate expertise in R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Bioinformatics.Exhibit strong project management skills including planning execution and risk management.Show proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Hold a relevant certification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Certifications Required
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
