Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in Merchandising for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive impactful solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of merchandising strategies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Performs as a Product Owner liaisons between business and technical teams across multiple locations
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document product features and user stories
Communicates story detail and priorities and ensures that the team aligns and agrees on a final iteration plan
Owns Acceptance criteria of requirements and stories in a product backlog
Supports in prioritization of product backlog items depending on their business need
Collaborate with UI/UX Architects Technical Leads/Project Managers and Business teams for project requirements
Conduct Demos and presentations to various stakeholders
Manage Impact analysis and communication alignment of solution with business needs
Own the Quality Assurance of product across releases
Participate in the Iteration Retrospective where the teams gather to improve their processes
