Job Summary

Experienced HC PO with API and DB knowledge


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and design of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on Payer domain-related matters to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements design specifications and test plans.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients and team members on new processes and solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Support the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all project deliverables.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business IT or Healthcare.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting with a focus on the Payer domain.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Display a deep understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Have experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Have a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Be adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit a strong client-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
