Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in AccessPLUS-Customer Care (CC) and Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical and domain expertise to drive impactful solutions and enhance our service offerings. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of AccessPLUS-Customer Care (CC) solutions to meet client requirements.Oversee the customization and integration of AccessPLUS-CC with existing systems.Provide expert guidance on Property & Casualty Insurance processes and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop tailored solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams.Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment.Utilize domain expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.Prepare detailed documentation and reports for project milestones.Support pre-sales activities by providing technical insights and expertise.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in AccessPLUS-Customer Care (CC) implementation and customization.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in project management and stakeholder communication.Have experience in conducting training sessions and knowledge transfer.Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting domain.Hold a relevant certification in AccessPLUS or Property & Casualty Insurance.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Show commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and client satisfaction.
