The team in India works with its overseas counterparts and client teams to provide business consulting services to clients in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific markets.

Responsibilities :

Whom are we looking for?

We are seeking a Scrum Master who can facilitate Agile delivery within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment and possesses foundational knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts, including SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), Vulnerability Management, and related security practices. The ideal candidate will combine strong servant-leadership skills with an understanding of security considerations in modern software delivery, along with hands-on experience in JIRA and automation practices.

Agile Facilitation:

Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Ensure adherence to SAFe principles and Agile best practices across teams.

Delivery Management:

Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers for PI Planning.

Cybersecurity Awareness:

Work closely with security teams to incorporate basic security checks in delivery pipelines.

Understand and communicate the importance of SIEM integration and vulnerability management in product development.

Automation & Tools:

Drive automation initiatives for Agile workflows and reporting.

Configure and optimize JIRA for backlog management, dashboards, and metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.

Metrics & Reporting: Track team performance and provide transparency through dashboards and reports.

Work Experience: 10-12 years of experience

Educational Requirements :

Master of Business Administration

Required Qualifications:

Agile & SAFe Expertise:

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) experience required, and certification preferred

Tools & Automation:

Strong working knowledge of JIRA (workflow configuration, dashboards, reporting).

Experience with automation tools for Agile processes and CI/CD pipelines

Soft Skills Required:

Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority.

Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary

Ability to interact at all levels of clients organizations

Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and to build strong relationships with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

Cybersecurity Basics:

Understanding of SIEM tools, vulnerability scanning, and remediation processes.

Awareness of common security frameworks and compliance standards.
