Requirements
- 6-8 years’ experience SAP Ariba implementation and consulting with 2-3 end to end SAP Ariba project experience.
- Job Summary Highly experienced SAP Ariba Architect with good functional and technical expertise in Supplier Lifecycle & Risk Management (SLRM) and other SAP Ariba modules.
- The candidate will have good experience in end-to-end Ariba process design, implementations.
- Good functional experience and supporting the design and implementation of SAP Ariba integrations with external applications, in-house applications in supplier performance, risk, credit domain.
- This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient procurement solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation of Supplier Lifecycle & Risk Management (SLRM) including o Supplier onboarding and qualification o Supplier registration and approval workflows
- Supplier segmentation and lifecycle management o Risk assessments, scoring, and mitigation strategies o Supplier performance and compliance tracking.
- Configuration support additional SAP Ariba modules, including o Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I) o Ariba Sourcing o Ariba Contracts (CLM) o Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management (SIPM)
- configure: o Approval workflows o Questionnaires and surveys o Supplier templates and modular questionnaires o Custom supplier statuses and business rules
- Support SAP Ariba integrations with o SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC o External third-party applications (Risk, Compliance, Finance, Master Data, etc.) Perform functional testing, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into Ariba solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and solution architecture diagrams.
- Work closely with Architects, project manager to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
