Requirements

• 9–12 years of strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and Oracle Database 19c.
• Expertise in developing complex Procedures, Packages, Functions, and Views.
• Strong knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and query optimization (Explain Plan).
• Experience in preparing and maintaining Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Hands-on experience managing the complete SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment).
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or PVCS.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to Oracle Forms & Reports (D2K) and Banking/Finance domain (preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of database solutions in collaboration with solution architects and business stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL code ensuring best practices and coding standards.
• Lead database development initiatives on Oracle 19c, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Create and maintain Technical Design Documents aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for database development activities.
• Provide technical guidance during project planning and architectural discussions.
