Senior Consultant- AI Solutions Engineer

Senior Consultant AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to help clients harness the power of their applications. This role requires deep expertise in AI, cloud-based platforms, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Copilot. Develop AI-driven solutions that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solutions Development:

• Design and implement AI solutions to support clients business needs.
• Develop AI solutions leveraging AI Foundry and Copilot studio
• Optimize AI integration workflows using MCP connectivity
• Implement AI-driven automation, agent modeling, and agent solutions.

Microsoft AI:

• Leverage Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Fabric, Power BI, and Power Platform technologies.
• Optimize AI agent performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
• Ability to guide clients in Copilot agent management, agent development, and AI-powered automation.
• Stay updated on Microsoft AI innovations, AI Copilot, AI Foundry, and emerging AI capabilities.

Client Engagement & Advisory:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending tailored AI solutions.
• Provide best practices on AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible adoption.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.

Project Delivery & Execution:

• Develop end-to-end AI solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and proactively mitigate roadblocks.
• Ensure documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for sustainable analytics adoption.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Power Platform, AI, or cloud-based software engineering, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI Foundry
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and AI development.
• Experience with Azure services (AI Foundry, Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot Studio)
• Proven ability to design AI solutions, optimize Ai agents, and drive business impact.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Qualifications:

• Microsoft Fabric or Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure AI Engineer).
• Experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI Foundry
