What you will be doing:

SAP ABAP Senior Consultant is responsible technical development of SAP systems in GMG IT Landscape. Closely work with SAP Functional consultant to get the functional requirement and design and deliver as per the functional requirements.

Job Description:

Actively Interact with Functional Consultants, End Users in the Business to discover, design and develop solutions

Development experience in ALV reports, Implicit and Explicit Enhancements, ALE/IDocs, RFC, Function Groups,

Design, Develop and Support Integration design and development with Third Party Systems covering RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, OData Services, IDOCs etc.

Conduct performance analysis and tuning of Objects using debugging tools like run time analysis & SQL trace & HANA profiling

Code push down experience to HANA Environment using AMDP, CDS

Knowledge in HR ABAP with Info type + Payroll related programming skills and understanding on HR related functions

Designing and developing, data dictionary objects, data elements, domains, structures, views, lock objects, search helps.

Hands on experience with implementation of BADI's, Enhancements

Modifying layout sets in SAP Scripts, Smart forms & Adobe Forms

Develop Technical Specifications, Technical Presentations

Previous experience in Ecommerce integration with SAP preferred with an understanding in SAP IS retail MM/SD processes

Process Orchestration knowledge + EWM ABAP + S/4HANA implementation experience will be a plus

Willing to learn and grow

Willing to travel

Functional/Technical Competencies:

SAP ABAP development, CDS Views, OData Services,

Advanced level of understanding SAP system and architecture

ABAP Technical certification would be an advantage

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant field

SAP Developer/ABAP certified preferred

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP

Should have part of implementation, rollout and support projects
