Senior Consultant Treasury BA - Business Consulting Risk - FS - CNS - Risk - FSRM – Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad

Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.

Your key responsibilities:
_x000D_ Knowledge, skills & experience
_x000D_ •    Good experience with Treasury domain and balance sheet management
_x000D_ •    Excellent understanding of financial products in general and treasury functions in particular such as balance sheet management, liquidity, NSFR, banking book risk, interest rate risk (IRRBB), transfer pricing etc and their relevant data attributes/flows and transformations
_x000D_ •    Business analysis skill around documenting “As Is” model and define Target Operating Model (TOM) for various treasury and liquidity risk management processes.
_x000D_ •    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into JIRA user stories.
_x000D_ •    Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements elicitation sessions to identify and prioritize business requirements and user stories.
_x000D_ •    Work with development team to ensure that requirements are clearly understood, and solutions are designed and implemented to meet business needs.
_x000D_ •    Document user cases, process flows, charts in JIRA.
_x000D_ •    Assist testing team in validating software solution to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards
_x000D_ •    Good experience with data structures, SQL queries and stored procedures.
