_x000d_ Responsibilities
_x000d_  

• Tomcat, WebSphere Application Server, Liberty, IBM MQ Administration in Linux Environment

• Installation, Configuration Tomcat, WebSphere Application Server, Liberty, IBM MQ , Tomcat application servers

•  Support and Troubleshooting Tomcat, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal, IBM MQ, Tomcat application servers

• Troubleshooting issues related to access management solutions like IBM HIPAM etc.

• Support Disaster recovery plans and configurations.

• Experience in providing support and good troubleshooting experience.

• Knowledge of Tomcat, WebSphere security, access and roles setup and configuration

• Support any New application deployed in all Dev, QA, PSE and PROD environments

• Use of monitoring tools and other 3rd party tools to maintain system health and uptime.

• Expert knowledge of incident, problem and change management (ITIL) processes and ITSM tools.

• Install/Update/coordinate patches for Security vulnerabilities and bug fixes for WAS/IHS/tomcat

• Open cases and knowledge of working with vendors.

• Support 24/7 shift coverage for BAU production support

_x000d_ Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and influence across teams. Proven experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
_x000d_ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
