Senior Construction Project Manager

Atharva Realty is seeking an experienced Project Construction Head to lead and manage multiple construction projects across Mumbai, Karjat (villas), and Alibag , ensuring high-quality execution, cost control, and timely delivery.

This role is best suited for a senior professional from a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background , with a process-driven mindset , strong execution discipline, and hands-on leadership capability. Exposure to ERP-based project tracking and reporting systems is strongly preferred.

• End-to-end responsibility for execution of multiple residential projects
• Lead and monitor site project managers, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, construction timelines, and budgets
• Manage and review contracts, BOQs, certifications, and billing
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural, and MEP teams
• Oversee procurement and purchasing workflows , aligned with project budgets
• Drive ERP-based reporting, tracking, and MIS for projects
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements
• Conduct periodic site visits to Alibag and Karjat
• Act as the central execution and coordination authority between management and site teams

• 12+ years of experience in construction project execution
• PMC background preferred , with exposure to structured project controls
• Experience handling multi-site residential developments
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, contracts, and execution processes
• Hands-on experience with construction ERP systems (project tracking, procurement, billing, MIS)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Base location: Wadala / Dadar East, Mumbai
• Periodic travel required to Alibag and Karjat project sites

1.5 2.0 lakhs per month , commensurate with experience and capability
