Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Conservation Architect (1525 years of experience) to join our team. If you are passionate about heritage conservation and have strong expertise in coordinating interior, structural, and MEP works with a deep understanding of site realitiesthis opportunity is for you.

Job Description

• Lead conservation projects with holistic coordination across interiors, structure, and MEP.
• Oversee site execution with a strong eye for detail and quality.
• Prepare and review working drawings, detailing, and consultant coordination.
• Contribute to the development and adherence to conservation specifications and documentation standards.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

• Bachelors degree in Architecture from a reputed Indian or international institute.
• Masters degree in Conservation is essential.
• 1525 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with experience in collaborative, team-based environments.
• Strong site exposure with hands-on knowledge of working drawings and detailing.
• Familiarity with Architectural Conservation Specifications & Documentation.
• Experience with conservation of loadbearing structures with timber framing, along with adaptive reuse and expansion, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of International Standards & Systems will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp; additional software knowledge is a plus.
