Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Computer Vision/Omniverse Architect based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This hybrid role allows flexibility with partial remote work and requires on-site presence as needed. Responsibilities include designing and developing architectural frameworks, integrating computer vision systems with the Omniverse platform, and managing related projects to ensure high-quality deliverables. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in creating solutions that align with project goals.

We are looking for a highly experienced Computer Vision and NVIDIA Omniverse Architect to design and deliver advanced AI-driven, 3D, simulation, and XR solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, synthetic data generation, and vision-based AI systems , along with proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale and product-grade solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals transitioning from large IT programs into product-focused, deep-tech innovation .

• Design and develop synthetic datasets using NVIDIA Omniverse Isaac Sim for:
• Object detection
• Image segmentation
• Scene understanding
• Integrate AI models within NVIDIA Omniverse pipelines
• Build and optimize digital twin, simulation, and metaverse workflows
• Work with USD, Omniverse extensions, and Omniverse-based AI integrations

• Develop and deploy object detection, segmentation, and recognition models
• Build stereo vision and 3D reconstruction pipelines
• Generate point clouds and spatial representations using CV + Deep Learning
• Apply CV in areas as: Healthcare (Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma)

• Work on NVIDIA Jetson platforms (Jetson Nano)
• Optimize AI workloads using CUDA
• Develop high-performance CV pipelines in Python and C++

• Lead and deliver XR, Extended Reality, and Metaverse projects
• Build scene segmentation and object interaction systems for immersive environments
• Collaborate with graphics, CV, and AI teams for real-time 3D applications

• Act as Technical Architect / Project Lead
• Own solution design, estimations, delivery, and documentation
• Lead and mentor teams of computer vision and AI engineers
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering stakeholders

• Hands-on NVIDIA Omniverse experience (non-negotiable)
• Experience with Isaac Sim for synthetic data generation
• Strong Computer Vision & Image Processing expertise
• Deep Learning for detection and segmentation
• Python, C++, CUDA
• Experience with 3D vision, stereo vision, point clouds
• Proven experience leading and delivering AI/CV projects

• XR / AR / VR / Metaverse development experience
• Experience in medical imaging and regulated domains
• Knowledge of computer graphics pipelines
• Research publications or patents in AI / CV

• M.Tech in Embedded Systems (or equivalent advanced degree)
• MCA / B.Sc. Mathematics or related technical background
