What youll do

• Join our mission to turn industrial IoT data into real-time insights. youll work alongside our core engineering team to build scalable, production-grade systems.
• Managed end-to-end lifecycle of vision models training, fine-tuning, and performance optimization.
• Developed object detection, segmentation, and image processing pipelines (YOLOv8, Mask R-CNN, U-Net, etc.).
• Utilized NVIDIA stack (CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT) for model acceleration and low-latency inference.
• Deployed optimized CV models on edge and industrial systems using Docker, ONNX, and TensorRT engines.
• Handled camera setup and calibration across diverse industrial environments (Area Scan, Line Scan, 3D, Thermal).
• Mentored a technical team, driving experimentation, hardware optimization, and measurable innovation.

What were looking for

• Proven experience in object detection, segmentation, and image processing.
• Expertise in model retraining and fine-tuning for custom datasets.
• Strong understanding of GPU-accelerated computing and NVIDIA ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with multi-camera / multi-stream systems and real-time performance tuning.
• Practical knowledge of camera hardware and industrial imaging standards (GigE,USB3 Vision).
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Comfort with Dockerized or container-based production deployment.

You might have an edge over others if

• Experience with 3D vision (SLAM, stereo vision, 3D-YOLO, PointPillars).
• Familiarity with Vision-Language Models (CLIP, BLIP).
• Skilled in code and model optimization for low-latency, memory-efficient inference.
• A hacker mindset experiments fast, iterates smarter, and thrives on solving real-world visual problems.
