Job Description
Lunawat Gems is hiring a highly skilled and hands-on CNC professional who can independently manage CNC programming, process planning, drawing interpretation, and team leadership in a jewellery/precision manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- CNC programming (Manual & CAM 2D / 3D)
- Hands-on experience with 4th Axis & 5th Axis machining
- Drawing reading & GD&T interpretation
- Process planning and part/job development
- Tool selection, machining sequence & optimization
- Use of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
- Coordination with design, production & quality teams
- Basic CNC machine mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Leading and guiding programmers/operators (team handling)
- Mastercam
- PowerMill
- SolidWorks
- Rhino
- Matrix
- Z-Brush
- Mechanical & Jewellery CAD understanding
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Leadership and shop-floor coordination ability
- Jewellery Manufacturing
