Hiring: Senior Azure Platform Architect

We are designing and delivering a fully automated, enterprise-grade Azure platform to be deployed into customer tenants and handed over cleanly to client IT teams.

This role is not operations or managed services.

You will design, build, secure, automate, document, and deliver a repeatable Azure platform that meets regulated-industry standards.

What youll own

• Design an Azure Enterprise Landing Zone aligned with CAF & Enterprise-Scale
• Build the entire platform using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Implement Zero Trust security by design across identity, network, workloads, and end-user access
• Enforce governance, security, and compliance via policy and CI/CD
• Design secure enterprise networking (hub-and-spoke, private endpoints, controlled egress)
• Deliver Azure Virtual Desktop as part of the platform
• Produce audit-ready architecture, documentation, and handover material

Core requirements

• 7+ years in cloud / infrastructure engineering
• Proven delivery of enterprise Azure platforms in regulated environments
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Azure management groups, subscriptions, RBAC, Policy
• Microsoft Entra ID (PIM, Conditional Access)
• Terraform + CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
• Azure networking, security, and AVD
• Automation-first mindset (manual steps are defects)

Certifications (strongly required)

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Azure Security Engineer Associate
