Job Summary
The Consumer Credit Delivery team within Allys Auto Insurance Product Delivery team is looking for an outstanding resource. The right candidate will be an empowered self-starter familiar with working in a fast-paced environment. The position will have the responsibility to work with development teams and infrastructure teams to reproduce and resolve issues as well as perform deployments.

Qualifications
Essential Skills
Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications using PaaS on major cloud providers such as Amazon AWS
Working knowledge of DevSecOps related Bitbucket Gitlab Ansible Python Java Jira Confluence and Splunk
Proficiency in software engineering tools
Can work on observability tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve production issues.
Proficiency in reading creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
Experience in managing deployments and security protocols.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business teams and external vendors.
Knowledge of SaaS vendor management and support processes.
Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
Strong awareness of knowing when to escalate internally to management.

Minimum Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 + years of working experience
BSc degree in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field preferred
